Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "MY ORDERS" section on your account page on the website.
Once your purchase has been shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the location of your parcel. If you didn't receive any email, please check your junk box or send us an email with your invoice number, we will help you from there.

We understand how much you treasure your jewellery, and we have you covered! From the date of your purchase, we will take care of your product if the material is damaged or if there are manufacturing defects. Lost items, any modifications done to the product by a third party or improper use/storage or your jewellery will not be covered by the warranty.
Jewellery can be worn off due to everyday wear and tear, we are committed to help you keep them in nice condition. If your precious jewellery is damaged and needs repair, you can bring them to our retail shop to inspect and repair. Our helpful jewellery experts will walk you through it and provide a quotation. For online orders, please contact us by email mail@mymori.co or +852 9090 7273 you can send your jewellery to 62 Lee Garden Road, Causeway bay, Hong Kong (Shipping and return shipping will not be covered). Once we receive your product and repair, we will ship it to your return address or contact you for pick up at one of our stores.
Most of our rings can be resized after purchase, it will take 10 working days for resizing at $300 hkd per item. Send us the details so we can give you a better idea of the cost and lead time!
Please bring it to our retail store, our gold smith will check and inspect your jewellery. We offer re-plating or repolishing to restore your jewellery to its mint condition. The process with take 10 working days at $300 hkd per item.

Most of our jewellery have an adjustable slider to fit every size. Some of you might prefer having a fixed length on your necklace & bracelet. If that's the case, do let our jewellery sales team know and they will measure your perfect size and have the best fit work out for you.
You can visit our retail stores to have your backing replaced, our 14k gold backings are available in white/yellow/rose gold at $75 hkd each.
Always keep your jewellery in a safe place when you take them off, small dainty items are easy to get lost, store them in our jewellery box or pouch, avoid leaving your jewellery on hard surfaces.
The best way to clean your jewellery is by using a jewellery cloth. For diamond jewellery, you can wash them with gentle water, mix in a few drops of detergent and brush gently with a small brush. Dry the jewellery using soft towels. For chain items or necklaces, you can leave them on a soft surface and blow dry with mild temperature.
These gemstones are more delicate than others, you should take them off when doing sports or showers. Avoid water and other chemicals such as perfumes, clean them gently with jewellery cloth and store in a dry place avoiding direct sunlight.
