Made to Order - Once your order is received, our goldsmith will craft the piece from scratch as it’s being made specially for you.

 

It will take around 4 weeks for it to be made and ships within 6 weeks.

Please be sure you like everything from your cart before you make the purchase. But we understand that sometimes you are unsure about sizes and colour because there are so many to choose from. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us with you order number at mail@mymori.co or click here to fill in the form within 3 hours of placing your order.

Every piece that is made to order are crafted from scratch by our goldsmith and create specially just for you.

Yessss! We provide message card for every purchase. If you are sending the gift directly to the lucky person, please check on the "INCLUDE MESSAGE CARD" box and write your personal message in the box, we will handle everything for you.

Yes, we always encourage you to visit our store in person to see our whole line up and get inspired!

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "MY ORDERS" section on your account page on the website.
