While do also take note on certain items with an estimated "ships on" date/time frame, those individual product with a specific date of delivery will only be ready and ready to ship as stated.

Kindly note that engravable items will take longer and be sure to check on the shipping date as stated.

With made-to-order pieces: once we have received your order, our goldsmith will craft the piece from scratch as it’s being made specially for you.

It will take around 4 magical weeks to be made and ships within 6 weeks.

We will really appreciate if you take a moment and make sure you like everything from your cart before you make the purchase. While we understand that sometimes you are unsure about sizes and colour of metal because there are so many to choose from. Yessss! We provide message card for every purchase. If you are sending the gift directly to that lucky person/significant other, please check on the "INCLUDE MESSAGE CARD" box and write your personal message in the box, we will handle the rest for you.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email for you to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm with you of the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
