If the person getting pierced is under age of 18, we will only accept and perform the piercing session when accompanied by a legal guardian.. Our team will also check and make sure the subject is suitable for piercing, if the person is not suitable we have the right to refuse it. Our team will prepare a consent form for the legal guardian to sign.

We also understand how exciting but yet stressful it is for a child to get her 1st piercing, our team will make sure we have a safe and secure environment during the booking, if you have any request such as putting her favorite song on or having her fav snack to calm her down, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We suggest a minimum of 6 weeks for pierced ear lobes and 12 weeks for ear cartilage piercings. You should only switch into new earrings after the suggested healing period.

Clean the piercing area(s) with after piercing lotion (provided with your piercing session) and rotate the piercing stud at least once a day. More frequent cleaning is necessary after excessive physical activity. Avoid touching the piercing area(s) whenever possible.

Not at all!. Our ear piercing systems are designed to pierce ears virtually pain free. Most people feel little or no discomfort!

Since some people are allergic to nickel, the EU nickel directive regulates how much nickel may be released onto the skin per week. For earrings, these are a maximum of 0.2 micrograms per square centimeter per week (i.e. 0.2 millionth of a gram). All our piercing studs and earrings fall well below this allowable value and are thus nickel-safe and allergy free. In fact, our piercing studs are hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, lead-, cadmium- and cobalt-free!
