Once your purchase has been shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the location of your parcel. If you didn't receive any email, please check your junk box or send us an email with your invoice number, we will help you from there.

If there are problems with colour or sizing, please check with our team and find the perfect option for you. Please provide the order number (for online orders) or the mobile number you register with the date of purchase.

We also offer in store credits for up to 3 months if you need more time to find your perfect gift.

For in store purchase:

Cash - Return in cash in store

Credit card - We will process your refund immediately and it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited in your account. We 

Online order - We will process your refund within 3 working days after receiving your return products. It will take up to 14 days for the amount to be credit in your account.
