Frequently Asked Questions Return and Exchange

Once your purchase has been shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to check the location of your parcel. If you didn't receive any email, please check your junk box or send us an email with your invoice number, we will help you further to make sure you can keep tracking!

If there are any problem with colour of the metal or sizing, do check with our team and find the perfect alternative option for you. Please provide the order number (from online orders) or the mobile number you registered with the date of purchase.

As for return, tags must be attached, not damaged and jewellery pieces must not be wore. We will only accept items as return pieces if it was an unfortunate defect item before purchase.

In-store online purchase refund options below:

Credit card - We will process your refund immediately and it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited in your account.

Cash - Return in cash in store

Online order - We will process your refund within 3 working days after receiving your return products. It will take up to 14 days for the amount to be credit in your account.
