Frequently Asked Questions Return and Exchange

Once your purchase has been shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to check the location of your parcel. If you didn't receive any email, please check your junk box or send us an email with your invoice number, we will help you further to make sure you can keep tracking!

Return & Exchange Window


We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

Conditions & Inspection


All returns are subject to a final inspection by our Mori ambassadors to ensure they meet our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear or damage.

 

How to Return

 

  • In-Store: Bring the item(s) to any of our retail locations for an immediate processing.

  • By Mail: To return by mail, please first contact us at mail@mymori.co or +852 9090 7273 (Phone/WhatsApp) to initiate the process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

 

  • In-Store Purchases:

     

    - Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed immediately and may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

    - Cash: You will receive a cash refund.

    - Mori Points: Unused points will be credited back to your account (1 Mori Point = $1 HKD, no expiry).

  • Online Purchases: We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

 


We happily offer exchanges for a different size or color. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit if you need more time to find your perfect piece.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please have your order number  or the mobile number used for purchase ready when processing a return.

In-store online purchase refund options below:

Credit card - We will process your refund immediately and it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be credited in your account.

Cash - Return in cash in store

Online order - We will process your refund within 3 working days after receiving your return products. It will take up to 14 days for the amount to be credit in your account.
